QuickSite Delivery Ltd. shall not be liable for: loss or damage caused by Acts of God,

public enemies, riots, strikes, or authority of law; or improper or insufficient packing or labeling

by the shipper.

Unless otherwise declared and insured, liability is limited to $2.00 per pound to a maximum of

$100 per shipment, unless higher value is declared and additional charges paid.

Goods must be available for inspection by the carrier. Dangerous or prohibited goods may be refused or returned at the shipper’s expense.

Consignee must be present at delivery. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may incur charges.

Failed deliveries due to inaccessibility may result in redelivery fees.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery and include supporting

documents such as photos and invoices.

If shipper authorizes drop-off without signature, QuickSite assumes no liability for theft, damage, or misplacement.

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
